The entire car buying experience is never fun, but buying from the Kia Store was a breath of fresh air. Its no secret that used cars lots are not for the weak minded. Nobody in their right mind would send their grandmother to a used car lot alone with her checkbook to buy a car. That is just the reputations used car lots have. The Kia Store is making a very strong push to break through that stereotype. Besides giving me the car for free, they could not have done much more for me. Throw away everything you know about buying a used car, the heckling, the buy now attitude, the hostage like negotiations with the dreaded sales managers in their Ivory tower on the other side of the room. Everything! When I was at the Kia Store it was more like going to any retail store, and just getting help from an employee. I wouldn't be surprised if the salesmen didn't even get commission. My salesmen's only care seemed to be if I got good service or not.
Good Louisville used cars lots are not easy to come across. I consider myself very lucky to have found such an easy going trustworthy dealership. I will be recommending it to all my friends.
I recently dealt with The Kia Store and had a great experience. Everyone who worked with me was very professional and friendly. I felt like they were very honest and genuinely cared about delivering good service. I did use the website to search their inventory first before I even went to the dealership, so I had a few cars in mind when I got there to check it out in person. I loved the website and the convenience of shopping their inventory online at their Louisville used car page and I highly recommend this a place to start for anyone looking to buy a used car. I found the prices to be good, maybe not the very best rock bottom prices, but I am willing to pay a little more for better customer service and the feeling that I am not being ripped off. With some of the super low prices you see you kind of have to wonder what's going on with that car or that dealership so I am happy to avoid to "iffy" dealerships and their questionable low prices. Overall I highly recommend The Kia Store for used car sales.
Used car buying can make many people nervous, myself included but I found The Kia Store to be an exceptional car buying experience. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, good prices, and honest people. I have no complaints and would visit The Kia Store again. I highly recommend their website as a place to start shopping for used cars (or new cars I assume) The webpage even has a place where they list all Louisville used cars for sale at their dealership. It is nice to be able to shop online before you go to the dealership so you already have a few cars picked out when you get there.
I am a new mother and it was time for me to get a new (or in my case used) moms car. It was a lot easier to look for cars on the internet this go around because of obvious reasons mentioned before. I had trouble finding good car dealer internet sights from a lot of the big named used car dealerships in Louisville. A friend of me recommended the KiaStore.com webiste and that really helped me. *It pretty much compiled every new and used Kia, and other used vehicles that are any of the Kia dealerships in Louisville. The website even has place where I signed up for updates on any cars that came into any of their dealerships in Louisville that were in my price range. Once I got into the dealership the process was super fast. Went right to the car I wanted cause I knew it was there, I already knew the price from the email, I took it for a quick spin around the block, got back the salesmen had all the paper work ready to go, and I was in ad out in a flash!

Kiastoreclarksville
I recently went to The Kia store Clarksville and had a pretty good time. It is a great place to buy a new or used car for sure. They have great service, and a great selection. I read a bunch of reviews for dealerships around Louisville and the KIA store Clarksville seem to be getting the highest marks. I went to their website before I went to the actual store, which was very helpful. They have pictures of all their new and used car inventory. So I actually did the majority of my shopping from home. When I actually went to the dealership, they had the exact Sedona I was looking at online. It was like going to the grocery and the checkout boy giving you your cart full of food when you get their and all you had to do was checkout. They made it a very easy process. The salesmen were very nice, and I didnt feel like they were trying to take advantage of me.
I just got a new Kia Rio from Kia Store Clarksville and I love my car, great gas mileage. The people at Kia Store Clarksville were very nice and loads of fun. They keep it casual and like to have fun with the customers which made everything feel more relaxed and comfortable. I left actually feeling like I had a good time and enjoyed the people there, not very common when visiting a car dealership.
I was blown away by the selection of vehicle on the Kia Store Clarksville IN used cars lot. It was easily the best I have seen during my search for a used car. They have trucks, cars, SUVs, vans, everything. They have cheap used cars, they have premium used cars. You can see for yourself on their used cars page http://www.kiastoreclarksville.com/clarksville-indianapolis-used-cars.php. They have the prices and detailed information about each vehicle. It was really hard for me to make a decision on what car to go with because they had so many great options. I could have been there all day test driving cars. I finally went with a 2009 Acura and I absolutely love it. According to KBB.com I got a great deal, so I am super happy.
I just got my $8,000 back from the government for buying a new house, so I figured I would put it right back in our local economy. I heard from a buddy that Kia Store Clarksville had some of the best used cars Clarksville IN had to offer. My buddy wasn't kidding they were loaded with used cars. That was the first thing that stood out to me. The other was the focus they put on customer service. It was a treat to be treated so well at a car dealership.

Kia Store ETOWN
If you're looking for a great selection of used cars Elizabethtown is as far as you need to go. I made the drive down from Radcliff ky and it was well worth it to get the deal I got on a car that I love. I was a little skeptical when I first started shopping around for a new car. It seemed like everything I looked at that I had interest in was always out of my price range until I went online and found [violative content deleted].
After visiting the website and browsing the listed inventory I found a number of cars I could see myself driving that were well within my price range. The selection of used cars Elizabethtown had available was vast enough to fit anyones taste and all of them were priced competitively compared to all my local dealers. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had and would recommend The Kia Store Elizabethtown-Etown KY to anyone in the market for a new automobile.
It is no secret that recent college grads are usually on a pretty tight budget so when it came time for me to buy my first car without help from my parents I was very concerned about how much I would be spending. When comparing prices the prices in my town to the used cars Elizabethtown was selling there was really no question about where I needed to go to get the most bang for my buck. I was blown away by the caliber of car I could get at such a affordable price.
Even me knowing that I was getting a good price on my new car the first time buyer anxiety was still setting in. Fortunately the staff at The Kia Store Elizabethtown KY helped me with all the questions i had and made me feel a lot more comfortable taking that big step. In the future when ever I'm looking for used cars Elizabethtown Kia dealership will always be my first choice. I feel very fortunate that my first car buying experience was such a great one, a nice memory that I wont soon forget.

Anniston
I recently went back to the Kia Store Anniston dealership, I had been there before when it was Crown Kia or something. It is now called Kia Store Anniston. When I was in there I was so impressed with the service I was receiving, I asked them if they changed managers or something, and they informed me that they changed everything, but a lot of people still associate them with the old dealership. They went on to explain to me that it is as completely new dealership, new owners, new managers, new staff, new name, new everything. I figured after the service I received, and the great deal that I got, it was my due diligence to give them a good review, and let people know that everything over there is great.
My parents are an elderly couple who live in a small town about 30 miles west of Montgomery. As they have aged they never really go out much so they havent had the need for a reliable automobile until recently, now that all their children are spread out they need a car that can make those trips to Mobile and Atlanta that Dad's old truck couldn't handle. We heard about the new dealership selling used cars Anniston had opened so decided to head up to see if we could find anything they could afford.
The car business has changed a lot since the last time my dad has purchased a car but the staff was very helpful and patient. Eventually my dad found one he liked out of very impressive selection of used cars Anniston Kia had on the lot. Now my parents are ready to hit the road and can visit all of the family any time they want. My dad would have written this himself but he just cant seem to figure out that darn computer we got him a few years back!
I live in Anniston and was looking for a reliable place to buy a used car. I have had bad experiences in the past at so I was skeptical but the Kia Store served to be a comfortable, trustworthy place for me to buy my car. Everybody there was very knowledgeable and friendly. Of all the Anniston used car lots I have been to, I felt the most comfortable at the Kia StoreAnniston.
I called The Kia Anniston-Oxford Store, Anniston, Al 36201 on 10-07-09 and a Sales Consultant answered. I talked with him about an add I saw on their website for a new car. The ad was for a new 2009 Kia Sportage LX that was just under $19000 before all offers, rebates, incentives and so on. The salesmen told me they had a couple models in stock and that I should come on in.
I made an appointment with the dealership and take the Sportage for my wife and I to test drive. The 10 minute test drive went great, my wife drove it, and i assumed if she loved it I would love it. She loved it, they gave us the deal, from the add, we bought it, and everything was great. Until on the 20 mile ride back to Talladega, AL, where I live, I found the drivers seat to be very uncomfortable for my body, I am pretty tall and have very long legs, and an old back problem that has been with me for ages. After driving for a couple miles, it was very apparent that the driver seat and I did not get a long to well. The way my body is set up, and the way the seat is set up, we just don't complement each-other.
I regrettably called the General Sales Manager and told about the situation. I asked him if we could "undo" the deal and be able to get my trade-in back, because of the awful pain the drive in the LX was causing me.
The Sales manager said that it would not be a problem but he would need to consult with the dealership owner and he would call me back as soon as he did. Quickly after we got off the phone, he called me back as promised, he went on to inform me that my entreaty was granted and I could bring the LX back to the Kia Store Anniston-Oxford dealership. I thanked the general sales manager and told him my back was killing me. I then has to pry the keys out of my wife's hands, because she absolutely loved the car, which I did too, its just my back that was the problem.
Once I got back to the dealership, the sales manger immediately greeted me with a warm hello, and had already worked out the "undoing process", they pretty much made it like I never even went the dealership. They said they didn't feel right to have a customer driving a car that caused him severe pain. It was really amazing to me how cool the dealership was about all this. I mean it's a slow economy, and it's a new dealership trying to penetrate the market, and they still were focused on doing the right thing, something often overlooked in car sales.
