North American Championship Rodeo & Livestock Expo
When: November 8th – 10th, starts at 7:30 each night
Where: Freedom Hall, Kentucky Exposition Center, 937 Philips Lane, Louisville, KY
Top cowboys and cowgirls compete for more than $80,000 in prizes and the title of Regional Champion. Events include bareback riding, bull riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, team roping, tie down roping, women’s barrel racing and rodeo clowns!
Festival of Trees & Lights 2018
When: Now through Sunday, November 11, 2018
Where: Louisville Slugger Field, 401 E. Main Street, Louisville, KY
Visit the 29th annual Festival of Trees & Lights and marvel at hundreds of beautifully decorated trees, wreaths and decor. Sales help raise funds for Norton Children’s Hospital. Photos with Santa, children’s crafts, holiday entertainment and Hanukkah activities are free with admission.
When: Friday, November 23rd, 4 pm – 10 pm
Where: Louisville Visitor Center, 401 W. Main Street
Visit Light Up night in Louisville for fun holiday activities for the whole family including live entertainment, the Lots of Lights parade, the Light Up Moment and fireworks. Additional activities include :spin the wheel for attraction tickets, photos with Mrs. Claus, Yelp social media challenge and Plinko game, letters to Santa, giveaways, holiday treats and 25% off everything (excluding candy and sale items)
