Sales 

  • At the Kia Stores our sales department is changing the way that you buy cars. You choose how you prefer to purchase.  If you would like to buy from the comfort of your home? Great, everything can happen online and via call, email, text and chat. Plus, once you have made your selection we will deliver the vehicle to you
  • If you would like to see touch and feel the vehicle, that is sometimes easier at our showroom. You can expect a socially distant experience with ample sanitization before and after your test drive. Start the process using one of the forms on our site, chat, or just give us a call. We look forward to serving you.

3 Ways to service your vehicle:

Service Waiting Room

  • All of the public and high touch areas in our facility are disinfected hourly.
  • Hand sanitizer in all common areas.
  • Every vehicle undergoes a disinfection protocol after being worked on

Drop Off

  • Upon arrival to our facility, we will provide you with a complimentary Uber to pick you up at the dealership and return to you once repairs are completed.
  • We adhere to the 6-foot rule. There will be no customer contact and you won’t be required to come inside the facility. All paperwork will be sent to an email address or via text at your request.
  • We will perform a sanitation process on your vehicle at drop off and again prior to pick up.
  • Upon your return, you can remain in alternate transportation, text us and we will bring your vehicle to you. You will not be required to come inside the facility.
  • All staff will be required to follow company sanitation protocol while handling your vehicle.

Service from home (based on availability)

  • Give us a call and we will gladly work with you to schedule pick up from home or work.
  • We will contact you with any service recommendations made by our technicians for approval.
  • We will reach out following service completion to pay online and arrange convenient drop off. 

Additionally, our sales department is changing the way that Louisville buys cars. We have eliminated all interaction between our employees and customers. Everything is happening online and via call, email, text and chat.  You can expect the same friendly people and service virtually as you do in our showroom.
